Empowering people and organisations to achieve personal and professional success (however they define it) is one of my core motivations. I love to see someone grow, and release the blocks to their progress, and watch how that ripples out to positively impact their wider life and environment. I truly believe that when an individual is free and empowered to bring their whole self to work, then teams will work more productively and cohesively together.

As an executive coach and board advisor, I have worked with individuals and teams ranging from entrepreneurs looking to scale and sell their business, to board level executives managing fluid and complex commercial environments, to senior women seeking their voice of influence. 

Prior to setting up my own business in 2015, I worked at board level in organisations from tech start-ups to global FTSE 100 companies, across a range of industries, managing mergers and acquisitions and delivering key business initiatives. 

A common theme was bringing together diverse teams of people across the globe, and helping them to perform as one team. I was delighted when one of those companies, Creston PLC, achieved No.14 in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For and the Gold Standard for Investors in People. 

So, I can quickly grasp the complexities of client organisations and the strategic challenges you face as a business leader. Whatever your personal or professional challenge, I have most likely coached or guided someone or an organisation through a similar issue.
